From a Single Pizza Oven to a Nationwide Foodservice Partner
OLM’s story starts the way many good food stories do, with a big idea and a bigger appetite.
In the late 1980s, we saw an opportunity. C-stores across the country needed more than candy bars and coffee. They needed real food. Hot, fresh, and ready to go. So we fired up the ovens and got to work. What began with one flagship pizza program quickly grew into a new kind of foodservice operation. One designed to meet the realities of busy stores, tight margins, and hungry customers.
Today, OLM Food Solutions powers food programs for retailers, institutions, and distributors across the nation. We offer everything from private label development and co-manufacturing to full-scale branded programs like Hot Stuff Kitchen, pcpizza, and Day’n Night Bites.
